This policy explains what personal data FALCON collects when you shop with us, why we use it, and the choices you have. FALCON is operated by HAKOBUNE Inc. in Tokyo, Japan.
We try to collect only what we need to prepare, ship and support your order.
Data we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (for delivery and WhatsApp support) and the details of what you ordered.
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we only see a limited confirmation such as the card brand and last four digits.
How we use your data
We use your data to process payment, prepare and ship your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, keep accounting records and meet our legal obligations.
We may send you messages that relate to your order. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only as needed: with Stripe to process payment, with shipping and logistics carriers to deliver your order, and with authorities or advisors where the law requires it.
These providers are permitted to use your data only to perform their service for us.
International transfer
FALCON is operated from Japan, so your order data is processed and stored in Japan and by our service providers, which may be located in other countries. By ordering, you understand that your data will be handled outside Qatar for the purpose of completing your purchase.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, contact us by email or WhatsApp using the details on our Contact page, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and remember your basket, plus simple, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall traffic. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles of you.
Your legal protections
We aim to honour the protections of Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (PDPPL, Law No. 13 of 2016) and Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Nothing in this policy limits the rights those laws give you.
