Every order travels the same transparent route from our Tokyo studio to your door in Qatar. Here is exactly what happens after you order.
Order & confirmation
You order a listed item or request one on WhatsApp. We confirm the exact item, the fixed QAR price and the delivery estimate before anything is charged.
Sourcing & inspection
We secure the item in Japan, verify it (cert number for graded cards, factory shrink for sealed boxes) and send you photos of the actual item.
Packing on video
Your item is packed with rigid protectors and shock padding — and we record the whole packing process on video, so you can see exactly what was sealed into the box.
Insured international shipping
We ship with an insured, tracked express courier from Tokyo. The customs invoice declares the real purchase value — no “gift” markings, ever.
Delivery in Doha
The courier delivers to your address in Qatar. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and the packing video protects your claim.
Good to know
How long it takes
Typical door-to-door time is 7–12 business days after your item passes inspection. Sourced-to-order items add the time needed to secure the item in Japan (usually 2–5 business days).
Tracking & updates
You receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships, and we monitor every shipment until it is delivered in Qatar.
Customs & duties (DAP)
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): we declare the real value honestly, and any Qatar import duties or fees are payable by the receiver on arrival.
