Acceptance and eligibility

By using the store or placing an order you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you are old enough to do so under the law that applies to you. If you order on behalf of a household or minor, you take responsibility for the order.

Our products

We sell only authentic Japanese Pokemon cards, including graded slabs, RAW singles and sealed boxes. Each listing is sourced, inspected and photographed by us in Tokyo, and the photos show the actual item you will receive unless a listing clearly states otherwise.

Prices and accuracy

Prices are shown in QAR. Card prices can move quickly, and we work hard to keep listings current, but occasionally an error in price or description may occur.

Where an obvious error appears, we may correct it or cancel the affected order before dispatch, as described below.

Orders and our right to cancel

You can order as a guest, without an account. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we accept and dispatch it.

If an item is no longer available, or a listing showed a clear pricing or description error, we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full to your original payment method.

Payment

Payment is by credit or debit card and is taken when you place the order. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.

Shipping and customs

We ship from Japan to Qatar on DAP terms with insured, tracked delivery, typically in about 7 to 12 business days plus customs time. Import duties, customs charges and taxes in Qatar are the responsibility of the recipient.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for fraud, resale under false pretences, or any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Intellectual property

FALCON and HAKOBUNE Inc. are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or Game Freak.

Pokemon and all related names, logos and characters are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the genuine products we sell.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided as is, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or events outside our reasonable control.

None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. However, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including Qatar's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008), which continue to apply.
